Membership Recruiting Program

PMI-NEFL is actively seeking 7-12 volunteers to develop a recruiting outreach program focused on Educational, Corporate, Professional, and Member Recruiting.  

• Educational Outreach- develop a recruiting outreach program to grow the membership base of PMI-NEFL through raising awareness and encouraging membership at area schools and universities.

• Corporate Outreach- develops a recruiting outreach program to grow the membership base of PMI-NEFL through raising awareness and encouraging membership at larger area employers.

• Professional Organization Outreach- develop a recruiting outreach program to grow the membership base of PMI-NEFL through raising awareness and encouraging membership at other professional organizations within the community.

• Member Recruiting Rewards- Develop a tracking, recognition, and reward system for current PMI-NEFL members who recruit new members.

The estimated project/program duration is 6 months and volunteers should be committed to a minimum of 4-5 hours per month.

Resource Requirements:

·         Project/Program Manager

·         5-10 Chapter Liaisons (to represent PMI-NEFL at their school, workplace, and/or other professional organizations)

·         Recruiting Coordinator
