Cancellation Policy:
Online Cancellation:
PMI-NEFL will accept online cancellations, and will issue a full
refund if the cancellation request was made before the cut-off time. Registrations
will not be cancellable after the cut-off date; this is, in part, to protect the
Chapter from the increased costs of last minute changes. Any refund requests after
that time or group cancellations are at the discretion of the VP of programs
and/or the Program Committee.
No shows:
No shows will be treated as attendees since the hotel does not refund the
chapter for uneaten meals, therefore the chapter cannot refund no shows.
Billing:
Credit Cards will be billed at the appropriate rate.
Check and cash payments will be deposited by PMI-NEFL. If member submits
their registration without payment and does not cancel within the specified time,
PMI-NEFL will bill the member the appropriate rate.
These guidelines were established to facilitate event planning,
while keeping in mind that members, guests and potential members must be treated fairly.
Any questions regarding this policy may be addressed specifically with the Vice President
of Programs
PMP Certification Review Seminar Cancellation Policy
The Northeast Florida Chapter of PMI reserves the right to cancel the PMP Certification Review Seminar
and return payments if insufficient registrations are received by the cancellation date.
The Chapter’s VP of Education and Professional Development shall determine this cancellation date.
The cancellation date may be later than the registration deadline
