Cynthia will teach us about change management from the perspective of the stakeholder, from the top down, and from the bottom up. We have to change...now what? Cynthia will teach us to identify and classify stakeholders, develop a strategy and a method of communication, and determine the WIIFM (What’s in It For Me?). We will learn how to engage stakeholders in the process, and architect the organization, processes, and people while planning for transition and managing the change. She will also show us how to enlist the support of those at the bottom of the organization to promote excellent change management.
