Chuck has chartered the PMO at Churchill Downs. In addition to being a seasoned veteran project management practioner, he teaches project management, quality management, operations management, and critical thinking courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Chuck will show you real life examples of the failures and successes that result from effective change management’s presence or absence.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin. His certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, Certified Software Quality Engineer, and Certified Managed Healthcare Professional.
Chuck will bring his unique perspective on how to manage change in your organization. He will include not only the potential impact of poor change control on your project, schedule and budget, but also how project success influences perceptions about the project manager, project team and performing organization.
