How do I Become a Member of PMI NEFL?

To make it easier on our potential members, you now can apply online with PMI.  PMI has further enhanced their system to allow members to update membership information online. (Please log into the National PMI site and click on the Go to My Profile link.)

To join the Northeast Florida chapter, you must first join PMI National.  You may join PMI NEFL at the same time you enroll in PMI membership.

Types of PMI Membership

There are three types of PMI membership:

·         Individual:  If you are involved in projects or you are simply interested in learning more about project management, a PMI membership is a terrific solution for you.  Membership is open to any individual interested in project management.  Cost of an individual membership is $119.00 a year.  The Northeast Florida Chapter membership is an additional $25.00.

·         Student:  If you are enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited (or global equivalent) college or university, you may join PMI as a student member.  Cost of student membership is $30.00 per year plus a one-time $10.00 application fee.

·         Retiree:  If you’ve been a PMI member in good standing for five consecutive years and have retired from active employment, you are eligible for retiree status.  Enjoy your retirement while keeping up with the project management profession.  Cost of a retiree membership is $60.00 per year.
